Juliet and her work are legendary and her films are collectors' items. She entered the world of 'adult entertainment' at the unprecedented age of 39. After launching the career of her protégé Nina Hartley in 1984, Juliet quit the world of porno but continues to be a "Pioneer on the Erotic Frontier" in other ventures. She was inducted into the Erotic Legends' Hall of Fame in 1996, the X-rated Critics Organization Hall of Fame in 1999, and received a Lifetime Achievment/Actress Award from the Free Speech Coalition in 2001.
